Amie K. Dilla
Amie K. Dilla is the founder and principal attorney at Dilla Employment Law in Clearwater, where she focuses on representing employees and employers in the full range of labor and employment matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment and wage & hour issues. Amie also helps small businesses maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and represents licensed professionals in disciplinary hearings and other complaints involving their professional license.
Amie earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she also earned a Concentration in Advocacy and served on the school’s nationally-ranked Moot Court team. Amie continues her association with the Moot Court competition at Stetson by volunteering as a Moot Court judge for the next generation of courtroom advocates.
Amie worked formerly as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. Her private practice experience includes insurance defense work as counsel for a major insurer, and litigation in a host of areas, including premises liability, contract disputes, ADA claims and employment disputes.
